1)自分を変えるか　　（要するに、自己啓発）
2)社会を変えるか　　（要するに、革命・政治参加）
3)自分の社会における立ち居地に関する見方・解釈を変えるか（要するに、宗教・セラピー）

とにかく、この３つしかないのだ。
